Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be initiated with 7 days of receiving items. 

All returns and exchanges must be received to our PO Box within 14 days of initial contact. 

Apparel 

Free exchanges on all Greatfool apparel for orders placed on or after 05/02/2024 - some conditions apply*

Free exchanges are offered on original orders only.

  • i.e. free return shipping cannot be received on an already exchanged order

To initiate exchange please contact the team  at sayhi@greatfool.com.au

You will receive a return reference along with a pre-paid postage label.

Once your exchange has been received we will send out your new item at no additional cost and update your tracking information.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchanges to be processed.

Free exchanges on apparel only applies to orders delivered within Australia 

All international exchanges are to be at the customers expense  

Homewares

For all Homeware returns all shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at the customer's own expense. We highly recommend using a registered service for returns as we are not responsible for items lost in the post. 

To lodge a return, please email us at sayhi@greatfool.com.au with your order number and details of the item you'd like to return. 

Refunds in relation to orders that qualified for free shipping will have up to a $20 fee withheld from the refund, which we can enforce partially or fully at our discretion based on the circumstances and the state to which the item was shipped and cost of initial postage.

This fee will only be enforced on orders that have been returned in full. 

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days until the exchanged products are delivered and/or the refund is created to the payment method you used for your initial purchase. 

All Returns

Sale Items

Orders placed on discounted or sale items are excluded from our standard returns policy.

Discounted items are final sale unless faulty. No change of mind exchanges or refunds are available on sale items. 

Coupons

All coupons codes are subject to a $65 minimum spend unless otherwise stated.
