Returns and Exchanges
We get it! It can be tricky buying online. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided products are unused and in a resalable condition.
All shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at the customer's own expense. We highly recommend using a registered service for returns as we are not responsible for items lost in the post.
To lodge a return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to return. We're handling exchanges and refunds on a case-by-case basis until we have our fancy new systems up and running!
