Returns, Exchanges and Terms
General Policy
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the items.
- Items must be received at our PO Box within 14 days of initial contact.
Sale Items
- Orders placed on discounted or sale items are excluded from our standard returns policy.
- Discounted items are final sale unless faulty. No exchanges or refunds are available for change of mind on sale items.
Apparel
Exchanges
- To initiate an exchange, contact us at sayhi@greatfool.com.au..
- All shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once we receive your exchange, we will send out your and update your tracking information.
- Allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed.
- Free exchanges are available for all Greatfool apparel orders placed between 05/02/2024 and 27/11/2024, with some conditions.*
- Free exchanges apply only to original orders (free return shipping is not available for already exchanged orders).
- Free exchanges apply to orders delivered within Australia only.
- International exchanges are at the customer’s expense.
Returns
- All shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a registered service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- To initiate a return, email us at sayhi@greatfool.com.au with your order number and details of the item to be returned.
- Refunds for orders that qualified for free shipping may have up to a $20 fee withheld, enforced partially or fully at our discretion, based on circumstances, shipping state, and initial postage costs. This fee applies only to full order returns.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
- Allow up to 10 business days for processing of refunds.
Coupons
- All coupon codes require a minimum spend of $50 unless otherwise specified. Please note that orders placed with a coupon code are not eligible for returns under our standard Returns Policy and cannot be returned for a change of mind refund. Returns can only be accepted if goods are faulty. Orders placed using a coupon code are eligible for exchange.
