Australian Shipping
Once you’ve purchased your new Greatfool haul, we'll send you:
- An order confirmation email immediately
- A shipping confirmation email once your product is shipped
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation (and tracking) within 3 business days, please reach out to our team at sayhi@greatfool.com.au.
Please note all PRE-ORDER items will be dispatched once it arrives at our warehouse.
Standard shipping rates are AUD $9.95 and AUD $14.95 express shipping to any destination within Australia. Purchases over AUD $200 are shipped free within Australia.
Express Post (Australia Only)
Expedite your haul via Express Post to receive it within 1-2 business days, depending on your state. Select this option at checkout.
International Shipping
Yes, international shipping is available! We’re global and have customers all over the world who love our items. Costs for international shipping are automatically calculated at checkout with minimums below:

We'll send a shipping confirmation email including tracking number for you to monitor the delivery status.
International orders typically take 5-10 days to arrive depending on destination country. Please note that customers are responsible for any duties/customs fees. For international returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
